Narmer American College signed a new contract agreement with Tatweer Misr for a new branch in the heart of Bloomfields in Mostakbal City

As part of its role to add value to the Egyptian real estate sector, the leading real estate developer, Tatweer Misr announced the signing of three final contracts on April 11th,2021.

 

The new contractual agreements included a school for Narmer American College, an international branch campus for New Jersey Institute of technology (NJIT) and two schools for King’s College, England all of which are located at the company’s educational zone at Bloomfields Mostakbal City.

 

This agreement between Narmer American College (Benchmark) and Tatweer Misr will see the establishment of new schools in East Cairo, Bloomfields in Mostakbal city and eventually in West Cairo. These schools will be managed and operated by Benchmark education under the brand name “Narmer.”

 

We look forward to a fruitful and sustainable cooperation with Tatweer Misr with our shared commitment for a brighter future.

Together we will spark the success of generations to come.

This cooperation comes in line with Tatweer Misr’s optimistic plan to support the Egyptian government in its enhancement of the educational ecosystem.

 

The announcement was made during a press conference in the presence of Dr. Ayman Ashour, Deputy Minister of Higher Education for university affairs, Ms. Nicole Shampaine Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of the United States of America, Mr. Edward Parsons, Deputy Country Director, DIT from the British Embassy in Cairo, Dr. Joel Bloom, President of NJIT, Mr. Rick Johnson Director of King’s College England, Mrs. Gihan El Rashidi, Cofounder and CEO of Narmer American College, Mr. Amr Al Ganainy Chief Executive Officer, Institutional Banking, CIB Egypt, Mr. Karim Helal Country Director for Colliers International, Dr. Ahmed Shalaby, President and CEO of Tatweer Misr and a number of prominent figures from representatives of private and public entities.

Welcome to Narmer American College!
I take this opportunity to welcome you all to the academic year 2020-2021 with the reopening of our school campus for a hybrid learning model. Covid19 has shaped and conditioned the world into a new reality and had its substantial impact on education. NAC is ready to accommodate our students back prioritizing the safety of students and staff and warranting the usual academic excellence.

NAC is not banishing students for a pandemic; we are opened with hospitality while creating a perception of stability and security of all those who are on campus. The reopening plan is based on the best current available information and the most accurate predictions of the future. The plan is flexible and is subject to change as we assess it and as the Covid-19 status changes.

NAC is marked with quality of education, Narmer American College is an International Baccalaureate World School, Diploma Programme (IBDP). We are accredited by the Middle States Association Accreditation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. In addition, NAC is accredited by the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NAC CASI), an accreditation division of AdvancED/ Cognia. We are authorized by Cambridge Assessment International Education; Pearson Edexcel; and approved by the Ministry of Education of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

All the above accrediting and authorization bodies guarantee excellence of education offered to our students. NAC works towards rigor and relevance of curriculum as well as a variety of extracurricular and co-curricular activities.

The education of our students is our main goal as we habituate students to become iconic characters and take leadership roles in their community. We aim at equipping our students with the necessary success tools that will enable them to hold leadership roles in their community.

The community at NAC is a versatile body where students and staff come from all different nationalities, different ethnic groups, and backgrounds. Such a variety entails a commitment on NAC towards serving all the different needs of the individual students as well as constructing a school environment that is welcoming, enriching, and fostering the growth of all students.

NAC staff is dedicated to our school primary mission on educating and developing the whole student; mind, body and spirit. Our staff members are lifelong learners themselves as they seek professional development to deliberately offer 21st-century teaching and learning in NAC.

NAC parents are valued stakeholders. Parents are advised and encouraged to take an active role in their kids’ education. At NAC, parents are welcomed to share, cooperate, and participate as active members of the community. Transparency and trust are the standards that guard our relationship with NAC parents and will, at all times, be the source of all the success we achieve.

Belonging to NAC community is simply a source of pride. It is a community of care, respect and success where faculty, staff, parents, and most importantly students feel important, loved and welcomed.
